Prison Litigation & Prisoner’s Rights
The Supreme Court has said that the Eighth Amendment, which prohibits cruel and unusual punishment, protects prisoners from being subjected to a serious risk of harm by prison officials who are deliberately indifferent to their safety. We are bringing a class action lawsuit on behalf of those who have been denied access to necessary funds through the PPP, based on their race.
